Moonflow Agency

SaaS product development · MVP to production

Build a SaaS product that can survive beyond the first demo.

We develop SaaS products and subscription platforms with the application logic, permissions, billing flows, backoffice and operational foundations needed to become a real business, not just an MVP screen set.

MOONFLOW / SAAS DEVELOPMENT

SaaS Development

Launching a SaaS product means solving more than the visible feature set. Accounts, organisations, permissions, onboarding, billing, notifications, audit history, administration, integrations and deployment all become part of the product as soon as real customers arrive.

Moonflow can take a SaaS idea from a focused MVP to a production platform, or join an existing product that needs a cleaner architecture and a more reliable path to the next stage. We prioritise the commercial workflow first, then choose the simplest technical design that can support it without creating unnecessary complexity.

CAPABILITIES

What it can include

MVP & product foundations

Turn the core commercial hypothesis into a focused product with authentication, data, workflows and an administration layer.

Multi-tenant accounts & permissions

Organisations, users, roles, ownership boundaries and access controls designed for a shared SaaS platform.

Subscriptions & payments

Plan logic, billing states and integrations with payment providers such as Stripe when they fit the product model.

Backoffice, APIs & integrations

Operational tools, reporting, notifications and external integrations that let the business actually run the product.

WHEN IT FITS

What a production SaaS needs

  • A clear product scope tied to a real customer problem and commercial model.
  • Reliable separation of users, organisations, permissions and customer data.
  • Billing and entitlement logic that does not become mixed with core application data.
  • An internal backoffice for support, operations and controlled intervention.
  • A maintainable architecture that can evolve as customer feedback changes priorities.

PROCESS

From need to production

  1. 01

    Define the commercial core

We identify the users, problem, paid value, workflows and integrations that must exist for the product to be useful.

  2. 02

    Design the product model

We structure accounts, roles, data ownership, billing states and the most important customer journeys.

  3. 03

    Build the smallest credible release

We develop a production-minded MVP without filling the roadmap with features that have not yet earned their complexity.

  4. 04

    Learn & evolve

Real usage and customer feedback guide subsequent iterations, integrations and scaling decisions.

FAQ

Common questions

Can you build a SaaS MVP from scratch?

Yes. We can turn a defined product concept into a focused MVP with accounts, permissions, core workflows, administration and the integrations required to test the commercial proposition with real users.

Can you integrate Stripe or another payment provider?

Yes, when subscriptions or online payments are part of the product. Billing, access entitlements and application data should be modelled deliberately so payment state does not become a fragile source of truth for the whole system.

Can you work on an existing SaaS product?

Yes. We first inspect the current architecture, data model, deployment process and highest-risk areas before proposing changes. Existing customer data and billing logic are treated conservatively.

Do you only work with startups?

No. SaaS-style platforms can also be useful for established companies launching a new digital product, partner portal or subscription service.
